Limited Warranty
ASAT – Active Suspension Angle Tool is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the defective component will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
What the Warranty Covers
- •Manufacturing defects
- •Material failure under normal use
- •Defects present at the time of delivery
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- •Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- •Damage caused by dropping or impact
- •Damage caused by modification of the tool
- •Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, or workshop use marks
- •Damage caused by incorrect calibration procedures or improper installation
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and the affected area.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty inspection or replacement.
90-Day Replacement Program
To support our early customers, ASAT offers a 90-day component replacement program.
If any component of the ASAT tool becomes damaged during normal use within 90 days from delivery, and the damage prevents the tool from being used as intended, we will provide a replacement part at no cost, with the customer covering shipping costs only.
Conditions:
- •A clear photo showing the damaged component must be provided
- •Replacement requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
- •Replacement is limited to one claim per order
- •Only one replacement component will be provided per claim
- •Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Important:
Replacement will be approved only in cases where the damage makes the tool unusable or prevents normal operation.
Minor cosmetic defects such as scratches, surface marks, or normal workshop wear are not considered damage and are not eligible for replacement.
